Rehearsals

Rehearsals are at St Michael’s Church, Winchester (known as Michlã). The church is in St. Michael’s Passage which links Culver Road and Kingsgate Street, and is adjacent to Winchester College Music School. 

Rehearsals start on Tuesday 2 September 2025 at 7.30pm and continue until Tuesday 9 December, subject to rehearsals for the Carol concert which is on Saturday 13 December. No rehearsal on 28 October (half term). Download rehearsal schedule here when available.

Rehearsal Concert Day – Wednesday 21 January in Winchester Cathedral 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Concert 7.30 pm

We are using the Bärenreiter 1955 edition (BA 5102-92); ISMN: 979-0-006-46415-9. If you purchase your own copy be careful not to buy the later revised edition (BA 05935-90). Scores will be available for hire from our librarian at or shortly before the first rehearsal.
